Types Of Tea
   All tea is produced from a plant called Camellia sinensis. The thousands of different varieties of teas available in the world only vary on the region it was grown, the time of year picked, and the processing method. The main categories of tea are White, Green, Oolong, and Black. We also sell Herbal Tisanes, otherwise known as herbal tea, which do not actually contain the Camellia sinensis, tea, plant.
White Tea

   White teas have very little caffeine, and brew a light color and flavor. White teas are the least processed of all teas; they contain the highest antioxidant properties, and are very low in tannins.
